At Spice Industry Suppliers Co., we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are food ingredients, spices, seasonings, and blends, we have a limited return policy for food safety reasons.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is still sealed, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, repackaged, or removed from its original packaging.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part:

• Opened or used spices, seasonings, herbs, extracts, or ingredients
• Custom blends or special-order products
• Bulk, wholesale, or made-to-order items
• Products damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final-sale items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality concern, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when possible.

If the issue was caused by our error, we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, a damaged shipment, or an incorrect item sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
