From development batches to commercial production, we use equipment sized for the job. Small test batches can be produced in our Hobart mixer, while production blends typically begin around 40–60 lbs depending on ingredient density. Larger orders can be scaled through our production mixers and ribbon blender for volumes approaching 1,000 lbs per batch.
