The company was moved to Hollister Ca. in 1996, while gaining a following throughout the western US. The Voechting family purchased the company in 2006, and are still the present owner/operators. As a wholesale supplier, we have equipment that requires a minimum to stir up the bottom properly. Our 140 qt Hobart requires 40-60 lbs. min depending on the volume of ingredient (Dense vs light ).
Our Ribbon can go up 750-1000 lbs. again depending on ingredient volume. Yes we can do multiple blends if needed.

We at SisCo only procure the highest quality material that has been tested for purity and pathogens and accompanied with a COA. We buy direct from an importer who does their own grinding to ensure the freshest flavor, color, and pungency.

We at SisCo only procure the highest quality material that has been tested for purity and pathogens and accompanied with a COA. We buy direct from an importer who does their own grinding to ensure the freshest flavor, color, and pungency.
Although we have a high percentage of customer owned proprietary blends, we have our own recipies as well. You can start with a sample of a recipe and if you find you would like to modify an ingredient, we will then make this a new recipe that is now proprietary to your company.

For best pricing, we offer bulk packaging in either stock boxes 10 sq., 10x10x15, or a stitched bag. Weight depends on volume weight of blended spice.
If you prefer to have the spice pre-measured and packaged accordingly, we offer this as a service as well. We also blend our own cure SisCo Quick Cure R (same as praque powder, pink salt,

If you prefer to have the spice pre-measured and packaged accordingly, we offer this as a service as well. We also blend our own cure SisCo Quick Cure R (same as praque powder, pink salt, cure #2). So if your product requires a cure, we pre-measure the cure and it is packaged seperatly inside the pre-measured spice bag "Unit Packaging". These pre-measured units are then packed into a stock box. For example, if your unit pack weighs 8 lbs, it would be 4 units per case in a 10x10x15. This would be a two case minimum order to meet our blending requirements.
